Everything But Asana (EBA)

This class is a blend of Brian's favorite non-asana practices drawn from traditional hatha yoga breathing exercises (pranayama) and pranic lock (bandha) practices. The meditation portion of this class is an eclectic mix of breath awareness, general awareness and traditional meditation practices.

Foundational knowledge of Hatha yoga pranayama and bandha practices is recommended. Short reasonably priced privates with Brian can be arranged to get you up to speed if needed.
